Welcome to Bliss Holistic Behavioral Health (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, scheduling services, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Purpose of Our Services

We provide professional mental health services including psychiatric care, therapy, telepsychiatry, and psychological assessments. Our services are intended for individuals seeking professional support for their mental health and are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

If you are experiencing a crisis or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

  1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent if under 18)
  • Reside in a state where our providers are licensed to practice
  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
  1. Appointments & Cancellations
  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may result in charges and possible discontinuation of services.

 

  1. Telehealth Services

If you choose telehealth:

  • You are responsible for ensuring a secure, private location for your sessions.
  • You must have a reliable internet connection and compatible device.
  • Sessions may not be recorded without explicit written consent from both you and the provider.
  1. Payments & Insurance
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
  • We accept certain insurance plans; verification of coverage is your responsibility.
  • Any fees not covered by insurance are your responsibility.
  1. Confidentiality

Your privacy is protected under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). We will not share your personal or medical information without your consent, except when required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child/elder abuse, court orders).

  1. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality care, Bliss Holistic Behavioral Health is not liable for:

  • Outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
  • Interruptions in telehealth due to technology or internet issues
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  1. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Treat providers and staff with respect
  • Follow treatment recommendations and safety guidelines
  • Refrain from disruptive, threatening, or harmful behavior

Violation of these expectations may result in termination of services.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Bliss Holistic Behavioral Health and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
